Exactly as described. I haven't used it yet but I applied a little dab on my finger and it definitely had a nice stick to it. FYI: If you are allergic to latex you should not use this. Update: This glue is awesome! I applied these lashes last night and slept in them, the glue held great so far no issues. It's very comfortable and I don't feel any itchy or pulling from the glue. I will definitely add this to my favs and purchase more!
